I’m glad to see the circular.
I sought for the higher qualification ie. M.Sc. in 2011. I got permission from the then Managing committee to pursue my M.Sc degree from Nalanda open University in Chemistry. But I could not get the same from the DI as per the existing rule.I was appointed in B.Sc pass . I’d obtained honours degree in between my SSC exam and its result in 1999. Now recently I obtained my M.Sc degree. Am I eligible to apply for the higher scale now as per the new circular? please suggest me. If so what should i do now?

my wife was appointed in pass graduate scale as an AT in 10.08.2010. She got MA result on 20.08.2010. Whether she will get the higher scale of pay, as per above G.O??

In 2004 I joined as an English pass teacher in a School that time I have already
Completed my part -1 Examination. Then in 2005 I completed my part-2 Examination
With the permission of Managing committee. I also got the study leave from W.B.B.S.E. In
2007 I passed the 7th RLST written test in English H/PG but I could not attend the personality
Test. Whether will I get the higher scale of pay as per above G.O?

In 1997 I joined as an English pass teacher in a school. Then I got the permission for enhancing my degree, M.A. in English from the Managing Committee of the same school and the D.I. of Schools (SE) in 1999. But I could not complete M.A. in the following years due to my personal health problems. Then I completed it in 2008 privately. I then applied to the School Board seeking approval for my study leaves last year, 2013 but I did not get any reply from the Board yet. Now I do not know whether I will get the approval of my study leaves as well as the higher scale. Please suggest me. Thanks, eagerly waiting for reply.
