some peons of Group D cadre have been promoted to LDC( gr C post) by 10% Quota .They have declared confirmed in peon post. Now they to be considered for some vacant post of UDC. Now question arises whether they are to declared confirmed in LDC because LDC, UDC,HC posts are contained in a separate cadre post. Pl. advise as it is very urgent.
there are too much shortage of ldc & udc staffs in the all government departments who know the recent implemented e-governance , old udc(s) & ldc(s) have no efficiency to adopt the rercently implemented e-governance & even if the old promoted officers also, in that case they took the help of qualified & e-learned Group- D employees. in that case if the govt increase the quota from 10% to 25%(on promotion) or arrange any other common departmental examination for filled up the vacant post of ldc(s) & udc(s) that will be better for smooth runnig the upcoming days of government of westbengal .
I am also a qualified group d staff… posted at chowkidar under the department of water resources developmet department. My name is enlisted at 97 position under 10% quota for promote to ldc in 2013. My question is that………… is the list valid for future?
