Sir
I joined as an Asst Teacher in Hons/PG post in 23rd December 2003 with Hons Scale. I completed my MSc in August 2004 with study leave sanctioned from the Education Department. After that I joined another school in PG scale in 27th September 2007.
My query is: Am I eligible to have the effect of PG scale during the period Aug 2004 to Sept 2007?
Please response.

If not then can I show this MSc degree for B.ED training purpose that is why my marks in graduation is below fifty percent? pls answer…..June 13, 2012 at 6:59 pm #72851AnonymousInactiveDear friend hkg,
Go through the section 14(3) of the attachment for the answer of your first question. It seems you may get the PG scale.
As a deputed teacher you are exempted in respect of the 50% criteria for doing B. Ed. follow the link below and peruse the G.O. No. 456-Edn(U)

There you will find section 14(3). As per the second amendment of the NCTE regulations deputed teachers who do not have 50% in graduation or masters level can do B. Ed. in ODL mode only. Hope this will help you

i did’nt get any answer of my questions….pls answerJune 22, 2012 at 7:31 am #72905AnonymousInactiveYou can surely show the M.sc. for B. Ed purpose. But I’m not sure about the pay scale. According to my own opinion an acknowledgement could have been made about the course you were pursuing at the time of joining.
