    I am Syed Faruk Ahamed a Contractual Worker at Saraitikar Gram Panchayat Under Burdwan I Development Block,Sub-Div-Burdwan Sadar (North), Dist-Burdwan.I am working at this Gram Panchayat from 04/07/2008 to till date.My Remuneration is Rupes 4,500/ Per month at present.I have Sending the Particulars in details as per Format duly Filled by this office of the Commissioner Panchayat & Rural Development West Bengal Vide Memo NO-1439/SGP Dated on 14/11/2011.On the basis of Casual/Daily Rated/Contractual Workers,Govt of West Bengal Finance Department Audit Branch Memo No-9008 -F (P) Dated on 16/09/2011.
    Pliase answer me as soon as early.

    ORDER Special Secretary Govt. of West Bengal Department of Panchayat & Rural Development vide Memo No- 6077-RD/Block/5M-7/2011(Pt.I) Dated 06/12/2013 regarding Daily Rated/Casual/Contractual worker against any Sanctioned post of this Department.
    My Post Jeebika Sebak Gram Pa nchayat. Applicable for this ORDER Yes or No. Please answer me as soon as early.

    Presently working as casual worker at P.H.E. Dte. office under west bengal government since 2011. Is any kind of order available regarding those kind of workers who has engaged casually in various government offices.
