As fer as my knowledge is concern, nothing mention in Manual and I have not seen any G.O for Secondary School regarding this matter.
Normally for morning School M.C will decide the total duration (including starting time) of School hours, duration of each class and tiffin hours; so that hot weather can be avoided as fer as possible throughout the School hours.
