v)Existing promotional prospects of the employees holding such categories of pots shall remain unaltered. The posts of LDA/LDC so transferred from the cadre of the typit/typist-clerk/clerk-typist shall not not count towards creation of the post of UDA/UDC under 1:1 promotion policy til all such posts of typist, typist-clerk etc. in different grdes are exhausted. On the basis of the aforesaid point, please clarify the point by the by any queries please contact my email i.d.

The order regarding dying cadre of typist is very good. It need to conversion from Typist to LDA. it will be needed in present situation . Type Machine is back dated. But the Order will be needed to modified as because those who are getting promotion to typist (gr.I), supervisor , they have to converet to UDA/HC. If not they are very looser in service life. Not only that In the Secretariot & Directorate a Typist Can convert his cadre to LDA if willing but in Regional Level a Typist can not be converted his cadre to LDA if he willing. Same post same cadre but different order. I want govt think better for typist cadre not only Clerical Cadre.

I have posted a comment on 17th October’2012 at 11-05 a.m. but not answered properly till now, at present inspite of dying cadre vide memo no. No. 1583-F(P) dated 21.02.2012, we are deprieved of all time to do any type of official work. Always the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food & Supplies, Budwan(Sadar)hammering that you are ineligible to do any type of official work otherthan your scheduled work, i am willing to know that whether there are any type G.O.? so I want govt. should take needful steps otherwise official work will hamper seriously at this computerised era.
