Please go to your ration dealer as he has better channel in F&S office or you can go directly and ask for a form for name correction and fill it with all relevant documents which they tell you to attach alongwith the form.

This type of Picture is also still available in different Government wings where “COMMON MANUSH” need Prompt tension free and also Hazard-Free Services from Government Departments( Specially in Municipal Services) . Kindly do not believe in the “Statistical-cum-Paper Jugglery of the alleged Departmental officers’ feed-back report. Pray you to implement ” TATKAL SERVICES IN PUBLIC UTILITY DEPARTMENTS” such as Municipalities/Corporation, Food supply i.e. Ration offices, Consumer Affairs and BLRO offices in hurried manner to give Time Bound services to our Common Manush in exchange of special tariff without any refusal to accept any Odd-or Critical Cases. There should be an ” Invisible Watch-Dog or Whistleblower” to check performance of the staff concern in off & on surprise visit manner, for onward submission of his/her report to the Competent Authorities.
