An employee appointed in the scale of pay Rs.3350-6325/- (ROPA-98) and got CAS benefit on completion of 8 years of service and subsequently promoted in the pay scale of Rs.4000-8850/-, so whether the concerned employee will eligible to get benefit as per sub-rule IV of 2 of GO no.-3015-F dated 13/03/2001.
