Notify me of followup comments via e-mail. I have joined in the West Bengal Comprehensive Area Development Corporation, 6-A, Raja Subodh Mullick Sqr. Kolkata-700013 on 16./08/1979 as a Grade-C employee in the scale of pay 230-425/- . Later on , subsequently I got first higher scale w.e.f.01/04/1990 i.e.Ten Years CAS and 2nd Higher scale w.e.f 01/04/2000 i.e.Twenty Years CAS vide Govt Order no.6075 -F dt.21/06/1990 corresponding WBCADC Order No.000/001/16(P)/1957(70) dt.24/12/1999 and Memo No.000/001/16(P)/2071(25) dt 07/01/2000 . But tiill today I have not got 25years benefit in the Modified C AS ( i.e 8-16-25). vide G.O. No3015-F dt.13/03/2001 though I have got no promotion in my service life. Please let me know whether I shall get the MCAS or not. If not then why not.
