Would you please look into the matter for solving the Internal Error- 500 for the app specifically designed for the Pensioners and general public to get the necessary information of the related services? It is being noticed for the some time past that the aforesaid app remains \'good for nothing\' for app users. In my practical experience I feel that nobody who works with the Mobile Apps for ifms gives a little bit attention to clear the complexity of the application for the apps so that it can run smoothly for the sake of the apps users. Earlier,the matter had been brought to the notice of the Nodal Officer, IT cell for IFMS 2.O through their mail id but no response being received yet. Please take appropriate action in this regard.
