Credit of Yearly Interest to the GPF Accounts (Group D), 2024-25

The Annual Consolidated Interest on GPF balances amounting to Rs. 101,76,27,253.00 has been transfer credited in respect of 36,312 number of Group D Subscriber’s for the F.Y. 2024-25.

Credit of Yearly Interest to the PF Accounts, 2024-25

For DI/ADI/AI of Schools (Secondary Education), the interest for the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25 would be credited within 30th September, 2025.

Interest Rate on General Provident Fund (01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025)

Governor is pleased to decide that during the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to General Provident Fund shall carry interest at the rate of 7.1% (Seven point one percent) per annum.

Treatment of Absence on 9th July, 2025 for Bandh

All Heads of Offices/ Controlling Authorities concerned will issue Show-Cause notice to the employee(s) concerned, who will remain absent on 9th July, 2025, asking him/her to explain why action would not be taken against him/her for such unauthorized absence.

Death Claims who pass away while undergoing IPD Treatment

In the event of the death of a Government employee or pensioner enrolled under WBHS while undergoing IPD treatment at an empanelled HCO, the following procedure shall apply:
