NOTIFICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF ADDITIONAL PAYMENT BANK AGGREGATORS IN GRIPS 3.0
This has reference to the Memo no. 4589-F(e-Gov) dated 12.11.2024 in connection with the Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of Payment Bank Aggregators to be integrated with the GRIPS 3.0 portal, e-Gov Group (IFMS 3.0), Finance Department, Government of West Bengal.
The Evaluation Committee, after examining the eligibility criteria based on the documents submitted and the technical presentation given by the participating banks has concluded that the following banks are found eligible to be empaneled to act as additional payment bank aggregators in GRIPS 3.0:
- YES BANK LTD.
- ICICI BANK LTD.
It is also notified that, further empanelment would be made on receipt of valid applications from Payment Aggregator Banks willing to provide any of the payment modes free of charge. However, other clauses mentioned in the RFP [Memo no. 4589-F(e-Gov) dated 12.11.2024] including the settlement time (T+1 day) shall remain the same.
