Sub: No. of ACRs necessary for awarding 10/8 years and 20/16 years CAS benefit in respect of officers belonging to WBPHAS & WBHS cadre.
Annual Confidence Report for the last five years from the date of completion of 10/8 years and 20/16 years continuous and satisfactory service are necessary for awarding 10/8 years and 20/16 years CAS benefit respectively in respect of officers belonging to WBPHAS & WBHS cadre. This will come into force with effect from 01.07.2015.
