To: All the Head of the Institution.
Sub: Actions on the part of the School Authority in connection with ensuing Loksabha Election.
Ref: Discussion held in the meeting on 14-03-14 in the Zila Parishad Hall.
With reference to above, the undersigned likes to draw the attention of all the Head of the Institutions to the following points-
1) In respect of the School which have been earmarked as polling booths, the Head of the institutions are requested to apply for electrical Connections to W.B.S.E.D.C.L. if they do not have so, since as per order of ECI, all the polling booths should have electrical connection.
2) The School ground should not be utilised for election meeting /activities without permission of concerned Sub-divisional officer. The School MC will forward the NOC to SDO in this regard.
3) The worker deployed from NREGS for clearing /sweeping will be utilised for clearing /sweeping the polling booths.
The Schools authority should implement the above norms without fail.
