Sub: Ensuing Loksabha Election 2014.
With reference to above, all the Head of the Institution are hereby informed that Schools earmarked as Polling booth not having electricity connection either will apply for temporary or for permanent connection from W.B.S.E.D.C.L. by 14-04-14. They may contact the local administration for necessary help, but they will have to ensure that, those schools get electricity on the Polling day as per guideline of Election Commission of India. They are also advised to keep in touch with sector officer for necessary booth arrangement, This has reference to the discussion in the chamber of Additional District Magistrates (Development), Nadia on 09-04-14.
This is extremely urgent.
