All the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Councils/ Primary School Councils are hereby informed to notify in their respective websites and notice boards and all the offices of the Sub-inspectors of Schools (PE) that appointment already made under their memo numbers issued on different dates will abide by the result of Writ Petition no. 24882(W) of 2016 pending before the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta in terms of the order dated 20-10-2016 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench.
