Sub: Submission of proposal in respect of construction of Boundary Wall of Madrasahs, specially Girls’ and Co-Education Madrasahs.
Sir,
You are aware of the matter that most of Madrasah buildings are in remote backward areas and not guarded by boundary wall. So, they are facing difficulty to maintain day-to-day administration. Due to lack of boundary wall, animals as well as unwanted persons are loitering in front of classrooms which badly affecting the teaching-learning process as well as total environment of the Madrasahs.
In this context, the Govt. in the MA & ME Department desires to give priority to the Girls’ Madrasahs and then to the co-educational Madrasahs and other Madrasahs for construction of boundary walls.
Now, I am directed to request you to take up the matter with right earnest and the concerned D.I./ S(SE)/ District Officer, Minority Affairs in your District may be instructed for wide circulation for collection of the prayer from each recognized non-Govt. aided Madrasahs along with sketch plan of boundary wall, particulars of land with running feet of the wall for submission to this office for onward transmission of the same to the MA & ME Department.
Yours faithfully,
Director of Madrasah Education, W.B.
