Creation of New Posts in Jhargram, Asansol and Kalimpong

ORDER
Consequent up on restructuring of the engineering set up of Public Works Department vide notification no. 15 dt. 06-02-2017, it has become necessary to create some requisite posts so that the restructured setup in the newly created districts, may run smoothly.
After careful consideration of the matter, the Governor has been pleased to accord sanction to the creation of 02 (Two) posts of Executive Engineer (Electrical), 03 (Three) posts of Assistant Engineer (Electrical), 11 (Eleven) posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical), 04 (Four) posts of Divisional Accountant and 08 (Eight) posts of Senior Accounts Clerk as per details below:
1. District of JHARGRAM
a) For newly created Jhargram Electrical Division PW DTE
(i) 1 (ONE) DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTANT in 7th CPC Scale: Rs. 35400-112400/- to be manned by Central Government Employee through AG,WB;
(ii) 2 (TWO) SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK in P.B-3: Rs. 7100-37600/- to be manned through AG,WB
(iii) 1 (ONE) JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4, Rs. 9000-40500/-
2. District of ASANSOL
a) For newly created Asansol Electrical Division PW DTE
(i) 1 (ONE) EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4A, Rs. 15600-42000/-, G.P-Rs. 6600/-
(ii) 2 (TWO) ASSISTANT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4A, Rs. 15600-42000/- G.P-Rs. 5400/-
(iii) 1 (ONE) DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTANT in 7th CPC Scale: Rs. 35400-112400/- to be manned by Central Government Employee through AG,WB;
(iv) 2 (TWO) SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK in P.B-3: Rs. 7100-37600/- to be manned through AG,WB
(v) 6 (SIX) JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4, Rs. 9000-40500/-
3. District of KALIMPONG
a) For newly created CIVIL WING of Kalimpong Division, PW DTE
(i) 1 (ONE) DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTANT in 7th CPC Scale: Rs. 35400-112400/- to be manned by Central Government Employee through AG,WB;
(ii) 2 (TWO) SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK in P.B-3: Rs. 7100-37600/- to be manned through AG,WB
b) For newly created Kalimpong Electrical Division, PW DTE
(i) 1 (ONE) EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4A, Rs. 15600-42000/-, G.P-Rs. 6600/-
(ii) 1 (ONE) ASSISTANT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4A, Rs. 15600-42000/- G.P-Rs. 5400/-
(iii) 1 (ONE) DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTANT in 7th CPC Scale: Rs. 35400-112400/- to be manned by Central Government Employee through AG,WB;
(iv) 2 (TWO) SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK in P.B-3: Rs. 7100-37600/- to be manned through AG,WB
(v) 4 (FOUR) JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in P.B-4, Rs. 9000-40500/-
The charge will be debitable to the head of accounts 2059-Public Works.
This order issues with the concurrence of Group P2 of Finance Department vide U.O no. P2/2016-2017/0454 dt. 28/12/16
The Accountant General (A&E) West Bengal is being informed.
