ORDER
Sub: Grant of Dearness Relief @ 100% on Basic Pension/ Basic Family Pension to the Pensioners/ Family Pensioners of State-aided Non-Govt. Colleges with effect from 01.01.2018.
The undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that as per this Department’s Memo No. 104-Edn (CS)/1p-1/2013 dated 07.02.2017 the pensioners/ Family Pensioners of State-aided Non-Govt. Colleges have been enjoying Dearness Relief @85% on their Basic Pension/Basic Family Pension with effect from 01.01.2017.
The undersigned is now directed to say that the Governor is pleased to decide that Dearness Relief @100% on Basic Pension/ Basic Family Pension shall be paid to Pensioners/ Family Pensioners of the State-aided Non-Govt. Colleges with effect from 01.01.2018 and onwards.
Payment of Relief on Pension/ Family Pension involving a fraction of Rupee shall be rounded off to the next higher Rupee.
This order is issued in compliance with the Memo No. 504-F (Pen) dated 12.09.2017 of Finance Department, Government of West Bengal.
