Pursuant to Rule 17A in The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules 1995, Sub-Division Level Vigilance and Monitoring Committee may be constituted.

Governor is pleased to constitute the State Level Monitoring Committee as per Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006.
