Procurement of Computer Consumables (Ribbons, Toners, Cartridges)

Salary Payment Date of Employees of Non-Govt. Aided Colleges
Disbursement of salary of and non-teaching employees of Non-Government Aided Colleges will be made on the first working day of the month following the month to which such salary relates.

Exempted Categories of Receipts from the purview of GRIPS
a) Refund made by the Banks by cheque or draft to the Treasury/PAO/PDO, b) Deposits made in LF/Deposit account/PFD account c) Repayment of House Building Advance/Computer Advance/motor cycle advance.

Delegation of power to the Administrative Departments for release of fund in respect of grants under the recommendation of the Thirteenth Finance Commission.

Receipt of Revenue in State Govt. Departments through GRIPS
Inclusion of heads of accounts for revenue receipts administered by I&W Dptt., Dte of Factories under Labour Dptt., Dte of Electricity duty and Commissioner of Agricultural Income Tax under Finance Dptt., through GRIPS Portal.

Rate of Interest on GPF (01.07.2017 to 30.09.2017)
During the period from 01.07.2017 to 30.09.2017, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to GPF shall carry interest @ of 7.8% per annum.

Inclusion of Banks to Handle Govt Transaction
RBI has authorised additional Banks to handle Govt transactions. The State Government Offices and the Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Corporations may maintain bank account with it.
