Passing of Bills in Anticipation of Allotment upto March, 2012
Following types of bills may be passed in anticipation of all allotment of fund for the period up to 30th March, 2012: Salary/ Remuneration/ Wages, Honorarium.

Governor is pleased to decide that from 01.11.2021 the Treasuries/ Pay and Accounts Offices will start following the usual process of receiving Physical Bills and Advices following physical distancing norms and appropriate health & hygiene protocols.
It is gathered that Chhat Puja will be celebrated this year on 13th & 14th November, 2018. The State Government has already declared holiday on 13th November, 2018.
CHHAT PUJA will be celebrated this year (2019) on 2nd November and 3rd November, which fall on Saturday and Sunday respectively. In view of this 4th November (Monday), 2019 is declared as a General Holiday in West Bengal.
Governor is pleased to declare October 26, 2012 as a public holiday in connection with Durga Puja festival for the employees employed in the offices under the Govt. of West Bengal, including all Statutory Bodies, Undertakings, Corporations, Local Bodies and Educational Institutions etc.
Financial soundness is judged on the basis of net worth and turnover and hence there is no scope to render a bidder ineligible simply because the bidder failed to earn profit in some years.
Necessary instructions may kindly be given to all DDOs to complete the preparatory work of COSA within stipulated time and COSA is implemented from 01.07.2012.
Bills towards medical reimbursement drawn under the detailed head 07-Medical Reimbursement may also be passed in anticipation of allotment of fund for the period upto the end of the financial year 2012-2013.
The new system will provide benefits such as real-time online services to the subscribers for accessing their Provident Fund Statements, withdrawing fund from Provident Fund Deposit Account and Final Settlement of Provident Fund entitlement.
All Departments should immediately issue orders of allotment to their subordinate offices. It may be noted that no bill will be passed by the Treasury without an allotment order.
