Cash Payment of Advance Salary from December, 2016
Governor is pleased to allow to draw part salary/ remuneration or wages in advance against the Salary/ wages of December, 2016 and make cash payment to the employees.

Sectional Holiday on account of Karam Puja, 2020
Governor is pleased to declare 29th August (Saturday), 2020 as a Sectional Holiday on occasion of KARAM PUJA for the employees belonging to Tribal Communities employed in State Govt. Offices all over the State.

Inclusion of Banks to Handle Govt Transaction
RBI has authorised additional Banks to handle Govt transactions. The State Government Offices and the Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Corporations may maintain bank account with it.

Interest Rate on General Provident Fund (01.07.2022 to 30.09.2022)
During the period from 01.07.2022 to 30.09.2022, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to General Provident Fund shall carry interest at the rate of 7.1%.

Principles for Movement of Schedule ‘B’ Stenographer
Movement of Schedule-B Stenographers to higher scales as per promotion policy statement of 1981 would be treated as non-functional one and therefore provisions of Reservation Rules in respect of SC/ST etc. candidates will not apply in such cases.

Ex-gratia Payment to West Bengal Govt. Pensioners, 2011
Basic pension plus Relief did not exceed Rs. 20000/- only not eligible for bonus, they shall be paid an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 800/- only in lump per head.

Centralized Payment of Unpaid Bills by the Administrative Department
The subordinate office will provide the following two certificates on the body of the bill to prevent false payment and to avoid duplicate payment.
