Revised Schedule ‘A’ and Schedule ‘B’ of DFP Rules, 1977
Governor is pleased to make the amendment in Delegation of Financial Power Rules, 1977. Schedule ‘A’ and Schedule ‘B’ of the said are substituted with the revised Schedules.

Absence of Employees due to Strike/ Bandh on 18.08.2015
Governor has been pleased to decide that absence of employees on that date (18th August, 2015) will be treated as dies non and no salary will be admissible unless such absence.

2 days Holiday on account of Id-Ul-Fitre, 2016
In view of the uncertainty associated with the date of celebration of the festival, the Governor is pleased to declare 7.7.2016 and 6.7.16 to be a public holiday.

DA to Employees (Pre-Revised Scale) from January, 2017
Rates of Dearness Allowance to the employees (who are drawing their pay in the pre-revised scale) shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 156% to 173% with effect from 01.01.2017.

Rate of Interest on GPF (01.04.2018 to 30.06.2018)
During the period from 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2018, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to GPF shall carry interest @ of 7.6% per annum.

Enhancement of GST rate against Tax Invoice or any Receipt Voucher
If any enhancement of the value of the contract is required due to change of GST rate from 12% to 18% with effect from 18.07.2022, the respective authority may ask for a self-declaration from the concerned contractor.

Holiday on the Occasion of Jamai Shasthi, 2024
All State Government offices shall be closed at 2.00 PM on the 12th June 2024 (Wednesday) on the occasion of JAMAI SHASTHI.

Revised Guidelines on opening of New Sub-Heads, Detailed Heads, Sub-Detailed Heads pertaining to Receipts into Expenditure from Consolidated Fund of the State and Public Account.

The family must lodge a report with the concerned Police Station and obtain a report that the employee has not been traced after all efforts had been made.
