As pen-down strike affects the smooth functioning of the offices and delivery of public services and is therefore against larger public interest, any employee found not discharging his/her duties in the offices, shall be liable for action as per rules.
Additional remuneration shall be payable to those Secretariat Assistants who perform such protocol duties in addition to their normal duties frequently and on a regular basis.
All departments and directorates/ bodies under their control should adopt WFTS at the earliest. From 1st July, 2014, files sent to the Finance Department using WFTS will only be received by the Finance Department.
