As per recommendations of West Bengal Health Scheme Authority, in case of OPD treatment, intimation to the Head of Office/ PSA is not mandatory.

Engagement of Organisations for Preparing DPR
Engagement of State and Central PSU’s/ Organisations for detailed technical survey as well as preparation of Detailed Project Reports including design, plan and detailed cost estimates, etc., for, inter alia, RIDF projects.

Engagement of Contractual/ Casual/ Daily-rated Workers
Contractual/ Casual/ Piece-rated/ Daily-rated Workers may be engaged in any other entity, local fund or in any project, scheme or office under the Govt. on the same rate of remuneration. Such engagement will not be regularized in future.

Implementation of e-Pradan from 01.12.2014
Finance Department intends to implement the second module of IFMS, viz. e-Pradan (e-Payment from 1st December, 2014) gradually covering all the treasuries and DDOs by 31st March, 2015.

Public Holiday on 18.04.15 & 25.04.15 due to Municipal Poll
All Offices situated within the area shall remain closed on the date of poll i.e 18.04.2015 & 25.04.2015 so that every employee is able to exercise his/her right of franchise in the election.

Heads of Accounts for e-Receipt through GRIPS Portal
It will be mandatory for all the departments of the State Government to collect their tax & non-tax revenue only through GRIPS with effect from 01.07.2015.
