Permission before Purchase of Digital Hearing Aid under WBHS

Prior permission of the West Bengal Health Scheme Authority will not be required for purchase of Digital Hearing Aid subject to the condition that the maximum reimbursable amount is limited to the rate mentioned under WBHS code No. 03003003.

Workshop on the new Letter of Credit (LOC) System

User Manual for implementation of Letter of Credit Monitoring System (LOCMS) is made available for usage by LOC Issuing Offices and LOC Execution Offices. Training Program on new LOC system will be held at Rotunda of Writers Buildings.

Grading in New Annual Performance Report (APR)

In old APR grading viz. Very Good, Good, Average and Poor, the maximum attainable rating of performance is 3. However, for the purpose of determining the eligibility for movement of the officers belonging to State Services to the pre-revised Scale No. 19 are using minimum threshold rating of 3.20 mandated as per the new APR format.

Child Care Leave in respect of Adopted Child

Governor has been pleased to decide to extend the Child Care Leave to the female Government Employees who legally adopted such child. All other conditions will remain same as in F.D Memo No. 9728-F(P), dated 24.10.2011 and No. 1364-F(P), dated 15.02.2012.
