The functions of the Finance Department are performed through 5 (five) branches, namely, Audit, Budget, Revenue, Internal Audit and Institutional Finance.
Governor is pleased to decide that the State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 37,000/- per month as on 31.03.2022 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus for the accounting year 2021-2022 at the rate of Rs. 4,800/- per head.
Governor has been pleased to accord sanction of Interest-free festival advance upto a maximum of Rs. 14,000/- only to State Government employees whose revised emoluments on 31.03.2022 exceeded Rs. 37,000/- p.m. but did not exceed Rs. 47,000/- p.m.
Employees of the Undertakings/ Statutory Bodies may also be granted an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 4,800/- per head provided their revised emoluments as on 31.03.2022 exceeded Rs. 10,000/- p.m. but did not exceed revised emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- p.m.
Governor has been pleased to decide that all State Government Pensioners who are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia of Rs. 2,700/- (Rupees Two thousand Seven hundred) only in lump per head.
The officers will have the option to either return the old newspapers or to make a deduction from the reimbursement bill at the rate of 15 percent for retaining such newspapers when supplies are received at their residences.
How the pay of an employee drawing stagnation increment shall be fixed on promotion to higher post or to higher Level (Functional or non-functional).
The relaxation for drawal of bills for Centrally Sponsored Schemes in IFMS e-Billing module availing non-SNA mode is hereby withdrawn.
