State Government in the Higher Education Department has decided to prescribe the following qualifications and norms for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor in Government-aided affiliated Degree Colleges.
Raising of Income ceiling for ‘dependent’ for the purpose of family pension in respect of both teaching and non-teaching staff of State aided Non-Govt. Colleges along with the employees of Day Students’ Home.
Enhancement of the Ceiling of Maternity leave to a maximum of 180 days implemented for Govt. Employees incl. Primary, Secondary, University Teachers and Contractual Employees.
