To ensure universalization of Primary, Elementary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education and to ensure quality education for Human Resource Development.
Test Examination 2013, preparatory to Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2014 for External Candidates on and from 19th August, 2013 as per following programme. Examinees will collect their Registration Certificate on 8th August, 2013.
B. Ed. Course of untrained Upper Primary School Teachers through ODL Mode will be organised by Netaji Subhas Open University through different NCTE approved B.Ed. colleges of this state.
Conversion of all willing Recognised Non-Government Aided Secondary Schools (DA getting school not included) into Recognised Government Sponsored Secondary Schools.
The Centre-in-Charge will make seating arrangements of the candidates in the centre/ venue for not more than 2 (two) candidates on a bench and will engage at least 2 (two) Invigilators for not more than 50 candidates.
Governor is pleased to sanction and release a total amount of Rs. 3,30,00,000 (Rs. Three crore and thirty lakh) only during the financial year 2012-13 as laboratory grant to 165 Schools @ Rs. 2,00,000 per School.
Age while admission of Children in Pre-Primary Class should be appropriate as per RTE Act to provide universal elementary education to all children of the age of 6-14 yrs free of cost.
Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Teachers in the Govt. Aided/ Sponsored Primary/ Junior Basic Schools under all District Primary School Councils to fill up the district wise published vacancies.
Admission of Children in elementary classes shall be done through the process of lottery if number of candidates seeking admission to a class is more than the number of available seats for admission.
A meeting will be held at 5th floor, Conference Room, Bikash Bhawan, Salt Lake. All District Inspectors of Schools are requested to attend the meeting personally without fail. Secretary, School Education Department has consented to chair the meeting.
School Education Department hereby allows to increase the intake capacity of enrolment of students by 20% of the existing strength in Class XI.
