All Head of the Institutions are further informed that they must submit the Status Report of CMDMP in the prescribed format along with monthly salary requisition of the respective schools. Otherwise, Salary Bill will not be accepted.
Children seeking admission for pre-primary class shall be 5 years of age or above and below 6 years as on 01.01.2021, all children of the age of 6-14 years shall be admitted to their age appropriate classes.
Officials of the Pension Cell of the Directorate may closely monitor the progress of the files till the PPO is issued. The Pension Cell should depute one or two persons to the DPPG’s office to monitor real time progress of the files.
Implementation of Revised Scale of Pay (ROPA-2009) in DA getting & Anglo-Indian Schools (both Primary and Secondary) so as to be considered for further enhancement of DA as may be announced in due course.
Renewal period of the Text Books for Classes IX & X awarding Text Book (T.B.) Number is extended for another one year by Text Book Committee of WBBSE.
Online scrutiny and verification of applications will have to be made by D.El.Ed Institutions using their User-Id and Pass-word, issued by West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
For all the eligible students of classes, score card/ mark sheet should be issued by the concerned Head of the Institution. For class X students of Academic year 2021 (score card of class IX, 2020) may be issued to them respectively.
Stage-I State level NTS Examination will be held on 8th November, 2015. Stage-II Examination (National Level) will be conducted and held on 8th May, 2016 by the N.C.E.R.T.
It is advised to have a considerate view of the matter and restrain from enhancing school fees during the current academic year. Any case of delayed payment/non-payment of the fee by the guardian in the prevailing situation may be considered sympathetically.
All school authorities are requested to make available their school buildings to the district administration during natural calamities/ disasters like flood/ cyclone etc. for evacuation/ relief of the affected people.
