Admit Cards of the candidates appearing at the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2026 will be distributed through respective Camp Offices organized by the Board on 20th January, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Control Room for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2026 of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall be operational from 6 AM to 9 PM on 27.01.2026 to 31.01.2026 and 24 hours from 01.02.2026 to 12.02.2026.
Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E.), 2022 will be announced by the Hon’ble President of the Board on 3rd June, 2022 at 9 a.m. through a PRESS CONFERENCE.
The candidate shall possess the minimum educational qualifications specified by the NCTE and the notification relating to eligibility of candidates issued by the MHRD, Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of India and passed the TET.

No of periods in school routine shall not exceed 20 in 5 days of a week where a para teacher attends school. However, stop gap classes may be allotted to para teachers as well under unavoidable circumstances.
Governor has been pleased to accord approval for an yearly enhancement of remuneration @ 3% in respect of Para teachers and other categories of personnel engaged under SSM, SSK and MSK teachers who have been brought under School Education Department in the recent past.
Enhancement of the corresponding Band Pay as par ROPA, 2009 in case of trained primary teachers is Rs. 7440/- (initial Band Pay) in the Pay Band-3 and in case of untrained primary teachers is Rs. 6700/- (initial Band Pay) in the Pay Band-2.
