All schools now run by private Organisations/Individuals as unaided schools shall have to submit their applications for recognition in the prescribed format online through the School Education Department’s web portal www.wbsed.gov.in within a period of three months.
No Council shall appoint teachers in primary schools within its jurisdiction beyond the number of teacher sanctioned by the State Government for the district or the subdivision as per West Bengal Primary School Teachers Recruitment Rules 2001.
Every teacher shall, in the discharge of his duties, rise above all prejudices and personal and other considerations and maintain integrity, impartiality and devotion to duty.
Head of an Institution and all members of the staff, teaching and non-teaching should attend School at the appointed hour and shall not leave before the School closes for the day.
