MEMORANDUM
Subject: Deposition of Sale Proceeds from Condemnation of Government Vehicles.
The Governor is pleased to decide that the existing Receipt Head of Account with the nomenclature “0070- Other Administrative Services – 60-Other Services-800 – Other Receipts – 034 – Sale Proceeds from condemnation of Govt. Vehicles – 17-Sale Proceeds” will be used for deposition of Sale Proceeds from Condemnation of Government Vehicles of all the Departments/ Directorates of State Government.
The aforesaid receipt H/A was initially opened for Home & Hill Affairs Department, vide FD, Group-N, U.O. No.: 3100 dated 02.12.2024 for deposition of Sale Proceeds from Condemnation of Government Vehicles of WBHRC. This has the approval of the O/o the A.G., W.B.(A&E), vide no. Budget/IFMS/ 2024-25/327 dated 16.12.2024.
The stated receipt Head of Account “0070-60-800-034-17” has already been active under GRIPS Portal of IFMS.
