NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 of the West Bengal Right to Public Services Act, 2013, the Governor is pleased to notify the services along with stipulated time limit, in consonance with the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, 2006 as amended thereto, for rendering services, the Designated Officers responsible for providing services, the Appellate Officer and Reviewing Officers, as follows:
