This utility is mainly for the people who is serving Govt. job especially in the Govt. of West Bengal, Govt. sponsored/ aided school & College, local bodies, Govt. Undertakings and in the verge of retirement or expired while in service. Now as per DCRB rules, it is mandatory to submit pension papers and documents along with original Service Book of a particular employee to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal before 6 (six) months of retirement on superannuation, so that the pensionery benefit can be achieved within due time i.e. just after retirement on superannuation. But at present there is no system to submit the whole process through online like HRMS. Further it is a very hard task to complete the huge paper works manually and it is a long process.

So, a short and simple process to complete the pension related works is the need of the hour. This excel utility can serve the process within a very short time. Just a single click can derive all pension related documents. All types of pension viz. Retirement on Superannuation, Family Pension etc. can be made from this excel utility.

About the Author:

This utility is created by Mr. Kallol Kumar Sarkar, a permanent resident of Jalpaiguri town of West Bengal. He is running his proprietorship business and have expertise in sales and service of computer and accessories. Apart from that, he is connected with different Govt. projects and successfully implemented all in time & manner.

He is a Post Graduate Diploma holder from Sikkim Manipal University on Information Technology. After that he was connected with NIC (National Informatics Centre), West Bengal. On this period he was attached with some Govt. projects such as CORD (Computerization of Revenue Deptt.) MVDP (Market Value Database Preparation) & COSA (Computerization of Salary Accounts).

He was the only authorized vendor of Govt. of West Bengal from North Bengal for implementation of COSA.
