Full pension @ 50% of last pay is admissible to the employees on superannuation having completed full qualifying service of more than 20 years.

Disbursement of admissible Arrear Dearness Relief (DR) immediately to eligible State Government pensioners and family pensioners for the period from April, 2008 to December, 2015, calculated as per AICPI (100% neutralization).
The Arrear DA/DR, for the period from January, 2016 to December, 2019 shall be calculated as per AICPI and paid in two equal installments viz 1st installment in March, 2026 and 2nd installment in September, 2026.
IDBI Bank will presently disburse pension/ family pension for all categories of pension processed through the Pension Disbursing Treasuries and the Pension Disbursement Office, Kolkata, under the Government of West Bengal.
Governor is pleased to decide that IDBI Bank will also be eligible to disburse pension to State Government Pensioners and all other categories of pensioners.
Salary including Grant-in-Aid salary, Wages, remuneration, stipend, honorarium for the month of September, 2025 will be paid on 24th & 25th September, 2025 respectively.
