MEMORANDUM
In partial modification of this Department Memorandum No. 6204-F(Y), dated 17.08.2015 it is stated that in terms of Note (v) under Rule 32 of the West Bengal Financial Rules, Vol. I, Labour Co-operative Societies are exempted from payment of Earnest Money only against all tenders of the Government. These Societies, if selected through tender, will have to furnish requisite Security Deposit for performance of the work.
