CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of this Department’s Notification No. 3053-F(P2) dated 17/08/2026, the Governor has been pleased to declare 18th August, 2026 (Tuesday), as a full holiday on the occasion of Maa Manasa Puja for all State Government Offices, Local Bodies, Statutory Bodies, Boards, Corporations and Undertakings, Educational Institutions and other offices/ institutions under the control of the Government of West Bengal in the districts of Bankura and Purulia.
Accordingly, the words “shall be closed at 2:00 PM on the 18th August (Tuesday)” occurring in the said Notification shall be read as “shall remain closed throughout the day on the 18th August (Tuesday)”.
All concerned are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
