Intimation to Head of Office for Medical Treatment
Governor is pleased to decide that henceforth there is no need to provide intimation to the Head of Office/ PSA before undergoing Medical Treatment.

MEMORANDUM
Under clause 11 of West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 as well as Finance Department Memo No. 3475-F, dated 11.5.09 there is a provision for intimating the Head of the Office/ Pension sanctioning Authority as the case may be within three days of commencement of medical attendance and treatment.
Now, following the request from various comers the undersigned is directed by the order of the Governor to say that Governor is pleased to decide that henceforth there is no need to provide such intimation to the Head of the Office/ Pension sanctioning Authority.
Clause 11 of W.B.H.S. – 2008 is abolished accordingly.
This will take immediate effect.
