With reference to above, they are informed that as per plan document of National Voters Day 2014, it is resolved that High/Higher Secondary School earmarked as polling booth will be made more beautiful through the Voluntary activities of the Students by putting signage, displaying slogans, painting in the walls etc. On the day of poll the said volunteers may play a constructive role as booth label volunteers. Therefore in this connection schools requested which are earmarked as polling booth in the ensuing Loksabha Election, are requested to ensure that above guide line are followed and send action taken report within 10-04-2014 to the respective subdivision positively.
