NOTICE
This is to notify for all concerned that the Mark-sheets of Part – I D.El.Ed Examination of the session 2020 – 2022 will be handed over to the heads of the respective D.El.Ed Institutes from the office of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education during office hours on 5th January, 2023 and 9th January, 2023.
The Heads of all the DIETS, Government, Government-Sponsored, Government Aided and Self-financed Non-Government Unaided institutions are requested to come personally to receive the Mark-sheets of Part – I D El Ed Examination of the session 2020 – 2022, (including the CC) from office of the undersigned in compliance with the following instructions:
(i) The Heads of the DIETS, Government, Government-Sponsored, Government Aided Institutions may send their authorised lecturers or employees to receive such certificates, if they are not in a position to come personally and receive the packet/s.
(ii) In case of Self-financed Non-Government unaided Institutions, only the approved Heads of the institutions are allowed to receive the Mark-sheets of Part – I D.El.Ed Examination of the session 2020-2022.
They are requested to carry with them the latest approved list of faculty members where the name of the Head of the Institution features. In all cases of disposal/ query, the list shall have to be submitted at the time of receiving the said Certificates.
The Heads of such institutions must carry their photo Identity Cards (Voter /Aadhar Card), issued by the competent authority to avoid impersonation.
