NOTICE
This is to inform for all concerned that the Marksheets (hard copies) of the Part-II – D.EI.Ed. Examination for the Session 2019-2021 will be handed over to the heads of DIETs, Government, Government Sponsored, and Government Aided PTT Institutes from the office of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education between 22nd September, 2022 and 26th September, 2022 during office hours.
This is also to inform that the Marksheets (hard copies) of the Part-II – D.EI.Ed. Examination for the Session 2019-2021 will be handed over to the heads of self-financed non-government PTT Institutions from the office of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education between 27th September, 2022 and 29th September, 2022 during office hours.
The heads of all the DIETs, government, government-sponsored, government-aided, and self-financed non-government unaided institutions are requested to come personally to the office of the undersigned to receive the above in accordance with the instructions below:-
I. The Heads of the DIETs, Government, Government-Sponsored, and Government Aided Institutions may send their authorised employees to receive the packets, if they are not in a position to come personally and receive the same.
II. In case of Self-financed, Non Government unaided Institutions, only the approved Heads of the institutions are allowed to receive.
They are requested to carry with them the latest approved list of faculty members where the name of the Head of the Institution features. In all cases of disposal or query, the list shall have to be submitted at the time of receiving the said Certificates.
The Heads of such institutions must carry their photo Identity Cards (Voter/ Aadhar Card), issued by the competent authority to avoid impersonation.
