Sub: Recruitment Test for Primary Teachers.
Sir,
As you are aware Recruitment Test for Primary Teachers will be held on 31.3.2013 all over the State.
West Bengal Board of Primary Education has requested that one Government Official may kindly be engaged for each examination venue/ centre. These officers will remain present during delivery of question papers from custodians to the venue/ centre-in-charge and thereafter will accompany the venue/ centre-in-charge to the venue/ centre with the armed Police escort. The officers will also remain present at the venue/ centre-in-charge opens the question paper packets. After the examination is over officers will remain present till venue/ centre-in-charge seals all the packets and hands it over to the custodian.
Officers like S.I. of Schools and A.I. of Schools may be engaged for this purpose. After their engagement the other shortfall may be made from other officers at Block/ Sub-division/ District level.
Control Room may be opened in the district one day prior to the test i.e. from 30th March, 2013 till the examination is over on 31.3.2013.
