Checking and Verification of Application Form and Other Documents by the Study Centre selected by the Applicant: 03.10.2013 to 08.10.2013 (During office hours of the respective Study Centre).
Admission Fees collection by Allahabad Bank (through on-line Bank Challan): After verification of documents by concerned study centre visit any branch within 08.10.2013 (During banking hours of the Bank).
Date of Submission of Application Form, other documents and duly paid “UNIVERSITY COPY”/ “STUDY CENTRE’S COPY” obtained from Allahabad Bank at the Study Centre selected by the Applicant: within 08.1009.2013 (04:00 P.M.)

The online last phase of data capturing and admission process in respect of B.Ed. ODL Programme of Netaji Subhas Open University for training of In Service Upper Primary Teachers of West Bengal and also Madrasha dte. in terms of RTE Act will remain open on and from 30th September (2:00 PM), 2013 to 8th October, 2013 (04:00 PM). Teachers whose names are available in the data base as provided by the School Education Department of the Govt. of West Bengal are only eligible for online admission. Teachers are required to

(i) Fill-up the data capturing format (2:00 PM 30th September, 2013 to 04:00 PM 8th October, 2013) and note down the application number as generated to access admission form which will be available from 10.00 AM, 3rd October, 2013.

(ii) Fill-up and submit on-line admission form (10:00 AM, 3rd October 2013 to 04:00 PM 8th October, 2013) and take a print out of the filled in admission form & three-part pay-in-slip (Bank challan) from our admission website Admission website will be blocked after 04.00 PM on 8th October, 2013. The allotment of study centre will be made at the time of on-line submission strictly on the basis of availability of seats in the study centre concerned at the material point of time of submission in the aforesaid website.

(iii) Attach self attested necessary documents (i.e. Age proof Certificate, All marksheets, D.I. Approval letter of appointment etc) with filled-in computer generated application form and then required to report to the Study Centre of his/her choice during its working hours to have it checked and verified by the coordinator concerned within 8th October 2013. Original documents are also to be produced at the time of verification.

(iv) After verification by the concerned study centre visit any branch of Allahabad Bank during its

banking hours within 8th October, 2013 to deposit his/her partial course fee of Rs. 10,000/- . After due payment, he/she must obtain two copies of the Bank Challan, one copy for his/her own record and one copy for the University.

(v) Submit within 8th October, 2013 the computer generated application form, necessary documents, photograph and UNIVERSITY COPY of the Challan obtained from the Bank to the Study Centre. Along with the aforesaid documents, the applicant may like to carry a photo copy of the computer generated application form which may be signed and stamped by the Study Centre for his/her record.

N.B.- All the study centres are requested to cooperate and complete the admission process till 8th October, 2013.
