NOTIFICATION
This is to notify for all concerned that the D.El.Ed. Part – II Examination (Theoretical) of West Bengal Board of Primary Education for the D.El.Ed. students of the session – 2016-2018 (Regular) and also for the continuing candidates of the sessions 2014-2016 and 2015-2017, will be held as per the programme schedule, given below.

The said examinations will be held in the venues to be selected by the Board other than the respective Primary Teachers’ Training Institutes from where the candidates have completed their course/parts thereof.
The students are requested to fill up the online application forms for the aforementioned Examination on payment of Rs. 600/- (Rupees six hundred) only as examination fees online on and from 1st December, 2018. The last date of such application form fill up is 5th December, 2018. The online application form along with procedures therein will be available from 01.12.2018 in the following websites:

The date/s of submission of online application-form for the students who have applied for Post Publication Review of the D.El.Ed. Part-I result for the Session – 2016-2018 will be notified shortly. All such candidates must submit the filled-in-application forms along with the requisite fees in compliance with the notification to be issued shortly.
Documents to be uploaded at the time of online form fillup are:
- Photograph (as per the specification given in the websites)
- Signature (as per the specification given in the websites)
- Photocopy of the Registration Certificate (as per the specification given in the websites)
- Photocopy of the Part-I-Pass-Marksheet/ Fail-Marksheet for the supplementary candidates (as per the specification given in the websites)
The issuance of Admit Cards to the Heads of the respective D.El.Ed. Institutes will be made from the office of the undersigned during office hours on and from 13th December, 2018 to 15th December, 2018.
The Heads of all the DIETs/ Govt./ Govt. Sponsored/ Govt. Aided P.T.T. Institutions are requested to come personally or send their authorized representatives to receive the Admit Cards of the aforementioned Part-II Examinations on and from 13th December, 2018 to 15th December, 2018 including Saturday, from West Bengal Board of Primary Education between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
In case of Self-financed Non-Government Institutions only, the approved Heads of the Institutions are requested to receive the Admit Cards of the aforementioned Part-II Examinations within the said period. The Heads of the Institutions must carry their photo identity card (Aadhar Card/ Voter Id. etc) issued by the competent authority to avoid impersonation, along with a copy of the faculty list approved by the competent authority.
The programme of holding the External Practical Examinations of the students of the above-noted session/s, will be notified in due course.
