NOTIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Governor is of the opinion that is necessary and expedient to rationalize compliance burden on business entities to improve ease of doing business in the state;
AND WHEREAS, process of re-engineering and e-governance solutions have been undertaken by the State Government to ensure transparency and to enable a conducive business environment in the state;
Now, THEREFORE, the Governor is pleased to introduce and allow “Auto generated Registration/ Amendment/ License/ Renewal through online system”, where the certificate is not issued within stipulated timeline of 30 days, in respect of
- License for Contractors under provision of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
- Amendment of License for Contractors under provision of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
- Registration of Principal Employer’s establishment under provision of The Contracts Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
- Amendment of Registration of principal employer’s establishment under Principal Employer’s establishment under provision of The Contracts Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
- Registration of Establishment under The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996
- Registration of Establishment under the Inter State Migrant Workmen (RE&CS) Act. 1979
- Contractor Licence under the Inter State Migrant Workmen (RE&CS) Act, 1979
- Registration of Establishment under Motor Transport Workers’ Act, 1961
This order will take immediate effect.
