    Governor to say that the whole time employees of WBCADC drawing pay up to Rs. 26,000/- p.m. shall draw Dearness Allowance @47% with effect from 1st March, 2009.

  • Ceiling of Rates for Hiring Vehicles in West Bengal

    Maximum 10 KM between the garage and the place of reporting or one hour’s hiring charges whichever is convenient to the owner of the vehicle may be allowed.

  • Lottery System for Admission in Elementary Classes, 2012

    At first a general lottery from among all applications irrespective of any category to find out the selected general candidates. Then, a second set lottery for left over candidates in each category i.e. SC, ST and OBC candidates.

  • Precaution during Issuance of Caste Certificate

    Certificate Issuing Authorities is to conduct proper verification before issuance of SC, ST, OBC castes certificates to avoid erroneous issuance.

  • Dearness Allowance to Employees of Panchayat Bodies w.e.f. 01.04.2010

    Governor is pleased to sanction the benefit of Dearness Allowance @27% to the whole time employees of Panchayats including Panchayat Karmee with effect from 1st April, 2010.

  • Constitution of State Level Core Committee i.r.o. e-Tender

    For smooth implementation of e-Tender process by the different Departments and their sub-ordinate offices and for monitoring the project core committee constituted.

  • Dearness Allowance to Employees of Panchayat Bodies w.e.f. 01.03.2009

    Governor is pleased to sanction the benefit of Dearness Allowance @47% to the whole time employees of Panchayat Bodies with effect from 1st March, 2009.

  • Empowered Commitee of Public Private Partnership

    The Empowered Committee of Secretaries (ECOS) shall consider all PPP Projects and recommend for approval to the Standing Committee of the Cabinet on Industry, Infrastructure and Employment.

  • Creation of PPP Cell in Finance Department

    Governor is hereby pleased create a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Cell within Budget Branch, Finance Department, Govt. of West Bengal for providing necessary direction and hand-holding support to the Departments sponsoring PPP Projects.

  • Allotment of Fund upto December, 2012

    For other Non-Plan expenditure the Administrative Departments may make further allotment so that the total allotment from April, 2012 to December, 2012 does not exceed 75 percent of the whole year’s budget provision.
