Grant of Ex-gratia payment for the Financial Year 2020-2021 to the Pensioners of all the State-aided Universities including the University BT & Evening College, Coochbehar under the administrative control of this Department and West Bengal State Council of Higher Education.
Governor has been pleased to decide that all State Government Pensioners whose basic pension plus Dearness Relief on pension as on 31st March 2021 did not exceed Rs. 31,000/- only and are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 2,500/- only in lump per head.
Governor has been pleased to accord sanction of Interest-free festival advance upto a maximum of Rs. 12,000/- only to State Government employees whose revised emoluments on 31st March, 2021 exceeded Rs. 36,000/- p.m. but did not exceeded Rs. 45,000/-p.m.

Payment to WBEIDC/ WTL for supply of manpower shall include:- Consolidated wages as allowed by Finance Department in its Memo No. 1032-F(P2) Dated. 08.02.2019. Employers contribution to EPF, Contribution to ESI, GST, Agency Fee/ Commission @1%, Administrative charges.
