To: The Head of all recognized Madrasahs of the State
Sub: Revised Schedule of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Summative Evaluations for the academic session 2022 and Selection Test for High Madrasah, Alim & Fazil Examination 2023.
In reference to above, I am directed to state that the all recognized Madrasah Authorities should follow the under noted revised Schedule of Summative Evaluations 2022/ Selection Test for the High Madrasah, Alim & Fazil Examination 2023 from classes I – XII.
Each and every Madrasah must prepare the question papers of their own and mention the name of Madrasah at the top of the question paper. Head of the Madrasahs are requested to follow the division of syllabi and distribution of marks while framing the summative question papers for classes I – XII. The question papers should be set with the aim to measure what extent the expected learning outcome has been achieved.
REVISED SCHEDULE OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATIONS 2022/ SELECTION TEST FOR HIGH MADRASAH, ALIM & FAZIL EXAMINATIONS 2023 FROM CLASS I -XII.

Compliance to the aforesaid Schedule of Evaluations/ Selection Test of the Board is binding upon all Madrasahs.
