Government of West Bengal has decided to re-open schools on campus for the students of class VIII, IX, X, XI and XII with effect from 03.02.2022 maintaining all COVID norms and protocols.
The school authority will arrange for Practical Exam at their own school. Only the concerned subject teacher will conduct the examination and evaluate the answer scripts. Concerned subject teacher of nearby school may be engaged for conducting practical exam if there is no teacher at the school.
All offices of the Government of West Bengal shall be closed in the 2nd half of 7th February, 2022 (Monday) as a mark of respect to the departed icon of India, Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar.
Private Sector banks are hereby included in the list of authorised banks to disburse Government Pensions and Family Pensions in KMC area and also to disburse Government as well as Non-Government Pension drawn by Treasuries and PD Cell.

Schools shall open for class VIII to XII from 3rd February 2022. All government offices including public undertakings shall function with 75% of total employee strength.

A commercial vehicle registered in the State of West Bengal may be produced before any RA within the State for fitness checking and will be issued Certificate of Fitness by the said RA.
Government of West Bengal shall carry interest at the rate of 7.1% (seven point one percent) per annum. The rate will be in force during this financial year for the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.03.2022.
