NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the No. 1688-GE/G/3A-20.2014, dated 11.06.2015 and in exercise of power conferred under Subsection 2 of Section 3 of the WBRTPS Act, 2013 and in consideration of the mandate of Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) 2022 for providing Online service Delivery under WBRTPS Act, 2013 for Citizen Centric Reforms under EoDB the Governor is pleased to make the undermentioned amendments in the service and timeline notification of Directorate of Employment under Labour Department.
The services and other conditions mentioned under the heading 5. Directorate of Employment, W.B. may be substituted as under

The online registration form for the said service has been made available on https://employmentbankwb.gov.in.
This notification shall come into effect on the date of publication in Official Gazette, Kolkata, Extraordinary subject to fulfilment of other provisions of the West Bengal Right to Public Service Act, 2013 for the said purpose.
This order issues in cancellation of the Notification No. 1/216898/2022 dated 31.08.2022
