ORDER
No. 250-Sc/P, Dated: 05.02.2013
In supersession of all previous orders of this Directorate in the matters to the extent, under Right to Information Act, 2005, it is hereby ordered that,-
- Assistant Inspector of Schools (PE) attached to the District Primary School Council concerned shall act as the State Public Information Officer of the D.P.S.C, and the District Inspector of Schools (PE) shall act as the Appellate Authority;
- The Principal/ Lecturer in Charge of District Institute of Education and Training shall act as the State Public Information Officer D.I.E.T, and the Deputy Director of School Education (Basic) shall act as the Appellate Authority;
- The Headmaster/ Headmistress/ Teacher-in-Charge of a Government school shall act as the State Public Information Officer of the School; and the Deputy Director of School Education ( Boys High )/ Deputy Director of School Education (Women), in the matter for boys/ girls school, as the case may be, shall act as the Appellate Authority;
- The Principal/ lecturer in charge of a Government/ Government sponsored/ Government Aided Primary Teachers Training Institute shall act as the State Public Information Officer of the P.T.T.I; and the District Inspector of Schools (PE) concerned shall act as the Appellate Authority.
All concerned are being informed accordingly.
